How far in advance should I book?

As soon as. you have a date in mind! Availibility varies. Sometimes next-day appointments are available, while busier weeks may book a week or more in advance.(See Terms & Conditions §2)

How are twilight appointments scheduled?

Accepted Answer

True twilight photography is scheduled around sunset, so appointment times vary throughout the year. Virtual twilight can be created from a daytime exterior photo and does not require a sunset appointment.(See Terms & Conditions §12.5)

Will Anny be the one photographing my property?

Accepted Answer

Most appointments are photographed by Anny. As Haro Digitial Media continues to grow, another HDM photographer (trained by Anny) may assist with or photograph select appointments when scheduling is especially busy or when additional coverage is needed. All HDM photographers follow the same shooting and quality standards.(See Terms & Conditions §2.11)

Do I need to be present at the photoshoot?

Nope! As long as HDM has confirmed access to the property, you do not need to be present at the appointment. If you will not be there, please be sure to provide any necessary access instructions and important property details.
